HJS have a specialist maintenance department which compliments the company's portfolio by directly servicing all of our main divisions.
Whether it is a reactive, planned or scheduled maintenance provision HJS has the experience, the skill sets and the methods to deliver a successful service. We can provide dilapidation assessment reports and stock surveys which not only highlight potential downtime but also add value to our client's maintenance expenditure by reducing and forecasting any operational needs whilst maximising the life cycle of the equipment.
Our staff are fully equipped to service and respond to any call out. All our staff have served apprenticeships with the company and receive continual training. This ensures they are not only at the forefront of all new technology but are also aware of all Health and Safety, Environmental and Risk Assessments which they may encounter.
We work very closely with all our clients to meet their needs and requirements; this will involve partnering with them to offer a bespoke maintenance response package. Our policy ensures our engineers are on call at all times.
All our vans are equipped with tracking technology so we can monitor and advise of their whereabouts at any time.
We have maintenance contracts with many NHS trust and hospitals, schools, colleges and commercial companies.
HJS also have a specialist CCTV door entry maintenance division; we are able to repair equipment down to component level, in most instances offering a major saving to our clients. We have experienced technical engineers, with both electrical and electronic training, who have all been factory trained by our manufacturing partners, and together with our team of carpenters are able to do on site repairs from fully stocked vans.
