HJS Awarded Warden Call Project for Cheltenham Borough Homes

HJS win Cheltenham Borough Homes Tender to install and maintain Tynetec Warden Call to 25 x blocks including fire Detection.

HJS are delighted to have tendered and won an installation and maintenance contract with Cheltenham Borough Homes to upgrade 25 x warden call blocks to Tynetec XT2, including fire detection. The systems installed will integrate with the new Pearl Lion access control system recently installed throughout all communal properties in CBH.

The existing warden call is currently at capacity and is over 20 years old. The system and wiring needs replacing and is an obsolete unsupported system. The Tynetec solution provides an intuitive and fully featured system, with a 24-hour monitoring and response service.

HJS have assigned a dedicated project team with considerable knowledge of warden call installation and commissioning. We have recently completed a similar sized project for Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council and the same team will move to the new project with familiarity of both the project and the equipment to meet the specified time frames and provide Cheltenham Borough Homes a modern solution for there tenants.

HJS can integrate all the works directly with our experienced Door Entry/Warden call team working closely with our BAFE accredited Fire Systems division, all electrical work will be installed by our 18th edition trained electricians.
