HJS were successful at competitive tender to be awarded the complete office refurbishment for the NFU Mutual main office site at the Royal welsh showground in Builth Wells.
work undertaken included :
- Upgrade of lighting including LED fittings and Emergency lighting
- Full internal decoration throughout communal and office areas
- Carpet tilling and Vinyl flooring
- Suspended ceiling grid throughout
- New fire doors fitted (BM Trada approved)
- Data cabling infrastructure
- Fire alarms strip out, designed and replaced with addressable fire alarm by HJS
- Complete toilet and washroom replacement with new cubicles with built in vanity units
- 2 new integrated kitchen units with new appliances
- Air conditioning design and installation
